1. Introduction: TractorLife (“Sponsor”) is offering the Online Contest (“Contest”). NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada 18 years of age or older as of 01/01/12.  Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, dealers and agents, and foregoing employees' household or immediate family members (defined as parent, spouse, child, sibling, or grandparent) are NOT eligible to participate in the contest. Void outside the fifty United States, the District of Columbia and Canada, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.  All federal, state and/or local rules and regulations apply.

3. Start/End Dates: Sweepstakes begins 01/01/12 and ends 12/31/12.

4. How to Enter and Win: Contact info@tractorlife.com and provide a caption for any of the Tractor Life on the Funny Farm cartoons posted in 2012. If your caption is selected as the winning caption for that cartoon, you win. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic.  Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. 

5.  JudgingCriteria: Prize winners will be selected based on the following criteria: originality, adherence to theme, and quality of humor.  The Contest will take place under the supervision of Sponsor.  Participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decision of the judges, whose decisions are final.  The winners will be notified by mail or e-mail within 60 days of submission.

6. Prizes: The following prize will be awarded:  The winner will receive a TractorLife baseball cap.  Approximate retail value of each prize: $12.  Sponsor makes no warranties with regard to the prizes.  Prizes are not transferable.  No substitutions of prize allowed by winner(s), but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability.  Prizes are not redeemable by winner for cash value. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner.

7. Conditions: Entry constitutes permission to use winner's name and city and state of residence for purposes of trade, publicity or promotion for no additional compensation except where prohibited by law.  In the event that this contest is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, or is not capable of being run or executed as planned (as a result of but not limited to an error, omission, defect, delay, misdirection, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, action of entrants, or technical failure) or any other cause which in the sole opinion of Sponsor corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this contest. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify participants residing in any affected geographic areas, to disqualify any suspect entry or entrant and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this contest. Failure to enforce any term of these official rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THIS CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Use of Data: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy.  Please review the Sponsor's privacy policy at http://tractorlife.com/privacy.php.  By participating in the contest, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy.
